Partnered workouts can provide a fun challenge and are easier to create than you may think. Grab your significant other, bestie, or family member for a partnered workout routine and have some fun while breaking a sweat. For the exercises where only one partner is doing the work, you should switch before moving on to the next exercise. Remember to increase the resistance or weight once completing 12 reps feels easy.
